The launch and a giveaway

And now I am proud to announce that everything is ready to go with the embroidery kits. I've been doing late nights this week to get my new online shop ready and it went live (late) last night.  As you can see in the banner above and in the side bar, it's at rubyinthedust.co.nz.

I'd love it if you can pop over there and tell me which is your favourite kit. I'll draw a name on Wednesday and then you might just win that one! Please pass it on; I'm too busy to do much more than this post this weekend :)

You can also see them at Craft 2.0 in Wellington this Saturday (upstairs in the St James, 10-4) and they will be available at The Embroiderer in Birkenhead from next week.

I'm off to do a million things before I fly tomorrow morning, so I hope you have a great weekend, friends!

Heleen, these are beautiful. I am struggling to pick between the Bird one (which I love the look of) and the Home one (because I love that song).

They're all so lovely Heleen, it's hard to choose! I love the tree, the garden and the bird particularly, but since I want to get one for Hazel to try this Christmas I'd have to choose the tree because it looks the simplest! Well done on them all, I hope they do well for you!

Hi there - I'm really looking forward to Craft 2.0 tomorrow! Love your embroidery kits - especially the "Home is wherever I'm with you" one - it's lovely :-)

Have fun at Craft2.0!
My favourite is the bird, but I really like the look of the bird, tree and house together. I suspect I know what I'd like for Christmas now :-)
I haven't done any embroidery since Primary school but your kits are very tempting!

they're all so cute! The house would be my pick followed closely by the garden and bird. Looking good :)

Hi - Looking forward to seeing them tomorrow at Craft 2.0 (am a v lucky Wntonian with a pass out from family duties whoop whoop). My fav is the flowers, because I love gardening, can imagine it anywhere, and love the stylistic interpetation. The bird is a close 2nd fav, and the tree as a Christmas one... the house reminds me of a dollshouse, so if I knew a young girl YES... and the motto one... I'd give that to a BFF - I'm in a house of boys (hub and kids)... if that helps you understand my perspective. Oops didn't mean to write so much - clearly the end of a long week. Congrats on a great product/range. Hope it goes really well.

Very hard to choose, they are all so beautiful and the collection is very cohesive! I love 'Home...' for the sentiment and the lovely border, and there is something about the red stitches of the tree branches that is calling very strongly to me!

Heleen! Oh my word! They are all amazing! My fave would have to be the little house though. It's like a fairytale house. Love it!

The kits turned out beautifully, Heleen! It is a very cohesive collection, as Ineka said. My favourite is 'Garden', closely followed by 'Tree' :)

Thank you all for your kind comments! It seems the bird is the crowd favourite, followed closely by the tree. The winner is Kelly E, congratulations Kelly!
